Tom Dalton is an experienced commercial consultant and leader, currently serving as Director and Owner at OxfordSM since January 2010, where focus is on organisational capability, strategy, and innovation across various industries. Previously, Tom led two significant brand portfolios as Head of Marketing at Britvic Soft Drinks PLC from October 1998 to January 2010, overseeing the PepsiCo range within one of Europe's leading soft drinks manufacturers. Tom's career began with various roles culminating in Senior Brand Manager for notable brands such as Pepsi, Gatorade, 7UP, Tango, and Robinsons, including experience in Sales and Category Management. Tom holds a BSc Hons (1st) in International Management and Modern Languages (German) from the University of Bath and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
