Lars Hard

Lars Hard is a seasoned professional in the fields of artificial intelligence and data science, currently serving as the Chief AI Officer at Oxide AI since March 2020, where leadership focuses on developing the Quantitative Reasoning System. In addition to this role, Lars Hard has been a co-founder and the CEO of the University of Lund since September 2003, contributing to academia as a lecturer in Theoretical Ecology, Genetic Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence. Previously, Lars Hard held the position of Director of Data Science at eBay from June 2016 to November 2019, overseeing a team focused on advanced data analytics within a major global e-commerce platform. As the founder of ExpertMaker from January 2006 to May 2016, responsibilities included directing technology development in areas such as systemic AI and deep learning. Additionally, Lars Hard served as an Expert Technical Advisor for Lytics Health AB from January 2010 to September 2011, focusing on the integration of machine learning and predictive models in healthcare.
