Ryan Goodfellow

Engineer at Oxide Computer Company

Ryan Goodfellow has had several work experiences over the years. In 2007, they worked at SEL as a Research Engineering Intern and then moved on to become a Software Engineer Intern. During their time there, they worked on making electric power safer, reliable and economical. Ryan was responsible for designing, implementing and deploying live fault location software for distribution systems. In 2012, they joined the Information Sciences Institute as a Computer Scientist, where they designed and implemented network testbed facilities. Ryan also developed mathematical models for cyber-physical power system control. Ryan continued to work at the same company as a Senior Computer Scientist. In 2012, Ryan also worked as a Research Engineering Intern for SEL once again. Most recently, in 2021, Ryan joined the Oxide Computer Company as an Engineer.

Ryan Goodfellow obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Washington State University in the period between 2006 and 2011. Ryan then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from the same institution, which they completed in the period spanning from 2012 to 2031. No additional certifications are provided.
