Heather Fraser has worked in customer service for over 8 years. Heather began their career in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative at The UPS Store. In 2017, they joined yellowpages as a Retention Specialist, where they provided exceptional customer service while growing YPG sales revenue and developing a valued partnership with clients. Heather also led job shadowing sessions with new hires to showcase proper time management and use of company software programs. In 2019, Heather moved to Buddha Belly Bakery as a Customer Service Associate. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Customer Service Team Lead at oxio.
Heather Fraser attended Durham College from 2011 to 2014, studying Advertising and Marketing Communications Management.
