Allan Green

Allan Green has over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a focus on mobile networks. Allan currently serves as an advisor at OXIO, a telecom software company. Previously, they were the CTO and COO of Summa Networks, a telecom software company that they co-founded. At Summa Networks, Allan lead the technical team to design and build a full-featured HLR / HSS from the ground. Allan also provided technical expertise to the developers about the 3GPP / ETSI standards. Allan has also served as the Director of Operations at palmtv.store, a mobile TV company.

Allan Green is an MBA graduate of IE Business School and a telecommunications engineer from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio.
