Oleg Giner

Oleg Giner is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Tech Department and VP of R&D at OXTech Group since August 2016, where expertise includes growing and managing an R&D team from 2 to 90 members across multiple countries. Previous roles include Full Stack Lead Web Developer for an online gambling integration project and Project Leader at AUVIX, successfully completing 64 multimedia and IT projects. Oleg also founded and directed ALFA LTD., developing tailored software and hardware solutions and establishing secure IT infrastructures for over 100 clients. Oleg holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Dnipropetrovsk National University, obtained in 1998.
