Dr. David Jones, MEng PhD CEng FIET, has a diverse background in technology and engineering. They have served as Head of Technology at MDA Space and Robotics Limited, leading significant projects including the development of LIDAR systems for lunar landing and robotics. Previously, they held roles as a Project Manager at the British Antarctic Survey and as a Lecturer at Coventry University, focusing on advanced digital signal processing and autonomous swarm robotics. Dr. Jones completed their PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Durham University and has contributed to research at prestigious institutions like CERN and Imperial College London. Currently, they are the Director of Technology and Innovation at OXTS.
