Jonathon Spanos

Jonathon Spanos is a seasoned investor currently engaged with Oxwash, where collaboration with NASA focuses on technology for deep space missions, and with Raspberry Ventures, a syndicate investor in ClimateTech and AI. Previously, leadership roles included Head of Venture Investment at Vala Capital, overseeing investments in high-growth startups, and dual roles at Virgin as Head of Scaleup Investment and Head of Commercial & Innovation. As a founding member of Allbirds, Jonathon contributed to the launch of the “Wool Runners.” Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and another MBA from Melbourne Business School, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Science Technology Commercialisation and a Bachelor of Biotechnology from the University of Adelaide.
