Max Markidan is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate turnaround and restructuring, strategic consulting, and private equity. Currently serving as COO at Oxygen, Max has previously held senior roles at Sherwood Partners, The Brownstein Corporation, and NHB Advisors, where they provided vital guidance to organizations navigating financial distress and growth challenges. Max began their career as an Associate at Milestone Equity Partners, focusing on early-stage private equity in technology markets. They are currently pursuing a degree in Finance at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
