Oxygia is a boutique management consultancy specialising in strategic, operational, and human insight advisory. With several years of experience in project management, business analysis, operations, and payments amongst others, we are well placed to assist organisations of any size and industry to investigate, manage and adapt to the future.

Any organisation, be it a single person, a start-up or established multinational, may face challenges from changing environments, the need to diversify, understand new markets and introduce just the right amount of structure to stay innovative while doing it efficiently. With just a little insight that can sometimes only come from an external point of view, it is much easier to face these challenges and anticipate future issues.

Since 2018, we have been working with individual entrepreneurs, micro-businesses and SMEs to fluidly provide support, solve problems, fill in gaps and act as a sounding board both to senior management and across the entire organisation. We have assisted companies across a wide field spectrum, including designing, developing, refining and launching products, technical exploring blockchain and NFTs, creating business plans and financial forecasts to understand the investment needed and defining the required strategy, and providing overall mentorship, advice and support in decision making.

We are here to challenge the status quo, help refocus on the big picture, ask the right questions, brainstorm and provide that extra pair of eyes, in order to assist organisations in navigating change and achieving their full potential.

Our experience allows us to offer a full spectrum of services and adapt to most situations. In cases where certain situations fall outside of our direct expertise, we are able to leverage our extensive network to recommend best of breed service providers in these areas.
