Amanda Jones

Amanda Jones is an accomplished professional with over 23 years of experience in change management and communication. At Willis Towers Watson, from January 2010 to December 2023, Amanda held the positions of Senior Director and Director, focusing on effective change management and communication strategies to address complex business challenges. Currently serving as Associate Director at OXYGY since June 2024, Amanda collaborates with clients undergoing significant business transformations, most recently leading change management initiatives for a prominent beauty brand. Amanda’s earlier experience includes working as a Senior Manager at Accenture, where involvement in organizational design was pivotal during a major outsourcing project.
