Rokas Ulys is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and business leadership. Currently holding the position of CEO and Co-Founder at Garmio since January 2024, Rokas previously served as a Payment Risk & Compliance Manager and Risk & Compliance Analyst at Oxylabs.io since April 2022.
