Akram Rahimi

Akram Rahimi is an experienced professional in the field of materials and applications engineering, currently serving as the Head of Applications at Oxyle since September 2021. Prior to this role, Akram held positions as a Scientific Researcher at Eawag and ETH Zürich, as well as a Research Manager at BluAct Technologies AG, where significant contributions included the development of granular adsorbents for arsenic and fluoride removal, new nanocomposite materials for pathogen removal, and analytical analyses for water quality control. Akram earned a PhD in Nanotechnology and a Master's degree in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Tehran, alongside a foundational education from Damghan University of Basic Sciences.
