Bradley Nelson

Brad Nelson is a Professor of Robotics and Intelligent Systems at ETH Zurich since October 2002. Previously, Brad served as an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota from 1998 to 2002 and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago from 1995 to 1998. Early career experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Motorola and conducting Computer Vision Research at Honeywell, along with service as a Peace Corps Volunteer teaching mathematics in Botswana. Brad holds a Ph.D. in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, an MSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
