Philipus Paramarta possesses extensive experience in project and business process management, currently serving as the Head of Internal Project & Business Process Management at OY! Indonesia since October 2021. Previously, Philipus held the positions of Business Process Management Lead and Project Management Associate within the same company. Prior to OY! Indonesia, Philipus worked at PT ASTRA OTOPARTS, Tbk divisi WINTEQ from June 2016 to October 2021 as a Research and Development Engineer, and participated in the Engineering Development Program at PT. ASTRA OTOPARTS, Tbk from June 2015 to May 2016. Philipus earned a degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completing studies between 2010 and 2015.
