Oyam is a value-driven, client-focused, architecture and public art studio. We have experience with residential, commercial and institutional projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. We work with organizations, families and artists, to create spaces that reflect values, hold meaning, and serve communities long into the future. We believe that practicing architecture should be done as an act of cultural resilience.

Oyam is led by Bradly Gunn who brings over fifteen years of industry experience and has successfully completed projects for numerous public agencies including: Department of Education, University of Washington, Washington State University, U.S. General Service Administration, Washington State Parks, as well as the Port of Seattle.
