Kriti Gera

Kriti Gera is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for OYO since March 2022, with prior roles including Human Resources Associate in the same company. Kriti has experience in public relations as the Head of Public Relations at the Product & Tech Club, as well as roles in talent consulting and global SaaS consulting at Meesho and LocoNav Inc., respectively. Additionally, Kriti has a background in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through shadow mentorship under Geetika Hans at OYO. Early career experiences include human resources trainee positions and marketing roles, alongside a solid educational foundation with a postgraduate degree in Management Studies from The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women and a BA in Arts from Delhi University.
