Sam Shih

Sam Shih serves as the COO and Partner at OYO since 2018, demonstrating extensive leadership experience across various high-profile companies. Prior roles include President at Asia Pulp & Paper Indonesia and CEO of Asia Pulp & Paper from 2016 to 2017, overseeing the FMCG division and tissue business unit. Sam has also held significant positions such as Chairman and CEO at PepsiCo Investment (China), and Chairman and Chief Operating Officer at Accor. Additionally, Sam was Managing Director for Red Bull in the Asia Pacific region and held various vice president roles at PepsiCo, focusing on Greater China. Sam Shih holds a BSc in Food Science and Technology from The University of British Columbia and an MBA from Asia Open University.
