Oyster Bros is Texas’s oldest producing oyster farm, pioneering sustainable mariculture along the Matagorda Bay system. Founded by brothers David and Jacob Aparicio, we’ve turned a family tradition into a mission — to redefine what the Texas Gulf oyster can be.

Our flagship product, Matagorda Pearls, represents a new era for the Gulf Coast: premium, consistent, and grown with the precision of true craftsmen.

We partner with top chefs, oyster bars, and distributors across Texas and beyond to deliver an authentic Gulf product that’s anything but typical.
