We started Oyster Buoys with a simple goal in mind, to redefine the way people experience and appreciate oysters. Our aim was to not just offer a product but a full oyster experience. 

Through our mobile oyster bar, we sought to bring our oyster knowledge to every single event and provide a truly interactive, informative, and rather tasty event each and every time.

Our aspiration remains unchanged - to make each event a cherished one and celebrate the tradition, and stories found within each oyster we serve.
