Stephen Staley is an experienced crisis manager, communicator, and strategy and policy advisor. They served as an advisor and held various roles within the Office of the Prime Minister from 2012 to 2013, including Executive Assistant and Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff. Currently, Stephen is the Vice President of Canadian Banking Communications at Scotiabank, and since 2019, they have also been a Board Member and Chair of the Corporate Governance & Policy Committee at the Ontario Trillium Foundation. Additionally, Stephen serves as a Senior Advisor at Oyster Group, a position they began in 2024. They hold a Master's degree in International Relations from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Queen's University.
