Mitsy Manriquez is an experienced professional in quality assurance and food safety, currently serving as Coordinador de Inocuidad at OZblu® since January 2022, after holding the role of Auxiliar de Inocuidad y Sustentabilidad. Prior experience includes a position as Analista de aseguramiento de la calidad at NaturAgui Foods and work as a Desarrollador de puestos de trabajo at CAEP Centro Evaluador de México. Mitsy also contributed to Grupo Lala as an Ingeniero de mejora continua and served as Supervisor de calidad at MYR. Educational credentials include a degree in Ingeniería Industrial, Calidad y Productividad from Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Abasolo and several specialized certifications from UVEG and PROCADIST in organizational strategy, quality principles, talent management, and safety standards. Additionally, Mitsy studied logistics and supply chain management at IECA from 2020 to 2021.
