Arushi Arora is currently the Head of Growth at Ozi, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served in various leadership roles at Urban Company between 2020 and 2021, including Business Head for both the Salon for Women and Salon for Men, as well as AVP for Spa at Home and VP of Business and Strategy. Arushi began their consulting career at The Boston Consulting Group from 2015 to 2016. They earned a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completing their degree in 2013.
