Houston Green has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Student Ambassador at the University of New Hampshire-Manchester, where they targeted and scheduled prospective students for campus tours, conducted tours, and organized university events and open houses. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Territory Sales Manager at Mars, responsible for managing business in 230 stores, meeting sales goals, recommending merchandising practices, and evaluating business performance. In 2020, they worked as a Recruiting Assistant at the U.S. Census Bureau, where they cultivated relationships with community-based organizations, recruited local residents, and executed a recruiting plan. In the same year, they also worked as an Overnight Supervisor at Whole Foods Market, where they supervised the unloading and stocking of inventory. From 2021 to 2022, they were an Outreach Coordinator Specialist at the Illinois Emergency Management Agency, where they brokered meetings, attended outreach functions, and communicated and advocated for COVID-19 vaccination. In 2022, they worked as a Support Service Worker at the Ludeman Center, providing support services. Currently, they are employed at Ozinga, working in dispatch and customer service, as well as a quality control technician.
