Scott Kelly

Scott Kelly is an experienced professional in the technical services field, currently serving as the Vice President of Technical Services at Ozinga since December 2020. Previously, Scott held the position of Director of Technical Services at the same company. From August 2019 to December 2020, Scott was the Quality Control Manager at Ozinga Ready Mix Concrete, Inc. Scott's career began at Ozinga Bros., Inc., where a progression of roles included Assistant Manager of Quality Control for the Chicago Division, Quality Control Manager for the Wacker Drive Reconstruction Project, Interim Yard Manager, and Senior Quality Control Technician/Technical Service from August 2005 to August 2019.
