Sharhonda Jointer

ShaRhonda Jointer, EdD, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ozinga since July 2021, leading the company's Strategy and People Agenda. Prior to this role, ShaRhonda held the position of Head of Human Resources for North America at dunnhumby from January 2018 to July 2021, focusing on enhancing customer-centric business strategies. ShaRhonda has also served as Director of Human Resources at Radial Inc., HR Manager at method products pbc, and HR Manager at PepsiCo, with earlier experience as an HR Professional at Kraft Foods. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, a Master's Degree in Project Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from Tuskegee University.
