At Ozius, our aim is to bring the real power of environmental intelligence to the world.

Ozius Biome® is an environmental intelligence platform that rapidly identifies opportunities and risks in the landscape.

Biome unlocks opportunity and knowledge about our natural assets by fusing on-ground data with earth observation data including NASA’s GEDI (lidar from space) and ESA’s Sentinel 1 and 2 satellites. The result is Australia’s most advanced environmental intelligence platform that provides a comprehensive 4-dimensional overview of the environment at a minimum 20m pixel resolution.

Ozius Biome provides environmental professionals with high-fidelity datasets that accurately and consistently reconstructs biophysical and structural vegetation characteristics across the entire Australia continent.

Launched in 2022, Ozius Biome is providing new environmental intelligence to environment and sustainability professionals across multiple markets. And, to date has been used by bushfire risk modelers to determine environmental risk, carbon market advisors to scout and compare investment options, and utilities for inputs into regional models of vegetation in relation to high-value assets.

Our team has tackled some of Australia’s most complex earth observation problems with advanced scientific approaches. Our bespoke solutions have been extensively tested, validated and deployed around the globe by some of the world’s largest enterprises.

Now, with our environmental intelligence platform, Ozius Biome, we’ve made the very best of our technology available to any person or organisation committed to sustainability.

Ozius Biome brings together dynamic data and advanced AI-enabled technology to analyse the environment and rapidly identify opportunities and risks in the landscape.

With Ozius Biome we provide new potential for organisations to respond faster to our Planet’s most urgent challenges.
