The Operations and Administrative Team at Ozo Group is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient business operations across all ten subsidiary companies. The team handles the coordination and execution of administrative tasks, payroll and human resources management, financial analysis and reporting, and employee relations. Additionally, they provide direct support to the CEO and facilitate communication across departments to uphold Ozo Group's commitment to exceptional service standards and operational excellence.
