Ozon Банк — одно из подразделений финтеха. Мы строим банк как IT-продукт — с передовыми технологиями и микросервисной архитектурой. Все самые сложные и важные системы банка реализуем сами: процессинг, учётное ядро, финансовый мониторинг, переводы через Систему быстрых платежей.

В основном мы делаем продукты с нуля, поэтому большого legacy нет. В оценке эффективности делаем акцент не на часы или стаж, а на решённые задачи, внесённый вклад и инициативу. Работаем удалённо почти worldwide или на гибриде. Ноут, скидки, ДМС — всё включено. 

Мы гибкий стартап, в котором свободно реализуются и строят карьеру без бюрократических барьеров. Финтех связан с Ozon, но растёт самостоятельно и очень быстро: в прошлом году команда выросла вдвое. Сейчас активно берём стажёров и двигаем вверх профессионалов.
