Dmitry has also held leadership roles where they managed up to 20 engineers, overseeing hiring, task balancing, and communication within teams. Their technical expertise spans several tools and frameworks, including C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, and various front-end technologies. Additionally, Dmitry served as the Head of the Software Engineering Department at Kemerovo State Medical College, developing an ERP system that remains in production.
