Maxim Isaev

Maxim Isaev has experience working in various roles and companies. Maxim started their career as the CEO of Kvartblog, where they successfully transformed it into one of the biggest media platforms about interior design and decor in Russia. Maxim led the ideation, planning, and development of new features, built relationships with partners, and attracted a new investor before making an exit.

Afterwards, Maxim joined Strelka KB as the Head of Digital Product Development, where they worked for four years before transitioning to Norilsk Nickel as the Head of Digital Product. At Norilsk Nickel, they led the development and launch of the City Online platform, a marketplace of urban services for citizens in polar cities. Maxim created the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, launched the platform in multiple cities, and connected with numerous partners to enhance the user experience.

Most recently, Maxim joined OZON.ru as the Head of Product. In this role, they oversaw the Messenger and Chats platform, as well as the Ozon Profit, a crowdsourcing marketplace for micro-tasks. Maxim also served as the Product Manager of Ozon LMS and successfully launched it as the main learning management system for Ozon sellers and employees.

Throughout their career, Maxim has demonstrated their ability to successfully lead teams, develop innovative products, and achieve impactful results.

Maxim Isaev completed their Bachelor's degree in General Management from the Higher School of Economics in 2006. Maxim continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Management of Investment Projects in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Maxim has also obtained additional certifications, including the "SQL Simulator for product analytics" from GoPractice, Inc (year not specified) and the "Simulator for Learning Data-Driven Product Management and Growth" from GoPractice, Inc in 2022.
