Ozone is the executive search practice of Formula. We operate at the intersection of technology, infrastructure and energy, identifying and assessing the leaders who shape how modern organisations innovate, operate and scale.

We run two specialist practices:

Tech Platforms & Transformation: C-suite and senior leadership mandates across Engineering, Product and Data within tech-native businesses and organisations competing through technology.
Infrastructure & Energy: C-suite and senior leadership appointments in Private Equity Funds and Portfolio Companies where innovation and operational excellence define the next decade.

What sets us apart is our assessment process. Every candidate is evaluated through FormulaAE, our proprietary AI-powered assessment engine, mapping cognitive patterns, AI literacy, transformation readiness and leadership style. We then benchmark candidates directly against your existing team, so you can see exactly how they'll complement, elevate and accelerate it.

We don't end at placement. Check-ins at 3, 6 and 12 months ensure every leader lands well and delivers against the original brief.

All engagements are conducted with complete confidentiality.
