P.L.A.Y.@LIMITLESS is a Montreal-based pediatric occupational therapy practice dedicated to supporting children and young people in building independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

Founded and designed by a registered Occupational Therapist, we provide evidence-based, family-centred occupational therapy services across multiple settings to meet children where they thrive best.

We offer flexible service delivery through four specialized divisions:
- P.L.A.Y.@HOME – In-home occupational therapy, including assessments, treatment, and parent coaching
- P.L.A.Y.@GYM – A unique, gymnastics-based program designed by an occupational therapist to promote physical activity, motor coordination, and participation for individuals with diverse abilities
- P.L.A.Y.@CLINIC – Clinic-based occupational therapy services offered in partnership with AccessAbilities Therapy Clinic in Montreal’s West Island
- P.L.A.Y.@SCHOOL – On-site occupational therapy services in schools, preschools, and CPE daycares to support skill development within the learning environment

Our mission is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy that empowers children and young adults to engage in the activities they want to, need to, or are expected to do at home, at school, and in their community.

We serve children from birth to 18 years, as well as select young adult programs. We support individuals with formal diagnoses, those awaiting assessment, and children who may simply find everyday tasks “tricky.”
