David Katzman

David Katzman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. As Managing Partner at Camelot Venture Group since January 1999, Katzman has demonstrated a long-term commitment to fostering innovation and growth in the companies supported. In addition to this role, Katzman has served on the Board of Directors for Sharper Image Online since May 2009, contributing to its transformation into a cutting-edge retail brand. Katzman also holds the position of Managing Board Member at P.volve, focusing on a unique fitness approach. Notably, Katzman was the CEO and Chairman of the Board for SmileDirectClub from May 2014 to December 2023. Previous experience includes board roles at ePrize and Fathead, as well as vice chairman positions with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans. Katzman's educational background includes a BA in Accounting/Finance from Michigan State University and legal studies at Detroit College of Law.
