Kiel W. is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Security Engineer at P0 Security since April 2025, Kiel previously held significant roles at Okta, including Director of Defensive Cyber Engineering and Adversarial Engineering Lead from October 2020 to April 2025. Prior to Okta, Kiel was the Adversary Research Lead and held various positions related to offensive security at Symantec from December 2016 to October 2020. A solid background in penetration testing and software engineering is supported by previous roles at Blue Coat Systems, NormanShark, and L4 Mobile. Kiel holds a Master’s degree in Information Security Engineering from SANS Technology Institute and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Software Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
