Marcel Goossens has extensive experience in project management and operational leadership, currently serving as a Partner and Project Director at P2 since May 2001, focusing on initiatives across various sectors including Food, Utilities, and Mobility. In addition to this role, Marcel leads the speakers service p2 Vertelt!, sharing practical stories from the field. As the Owner of Golden Goose since March 2007, Marcel engages in projects that promote sustainability, biodiversity, and healthy food. Previously, Marcel held the positions of Plant Manager at NUMICO from 1994 to 2001, overseeing operations in multiple countries, and Logistics Manager at Delta Dailyfood for a brief period in 1993-1994. Marcel holds a Master's degree in Operations and Market Research from Wageningen University & Research and completed a course in the Mutual Gains Approach at Harvard Law School in 2011.
