Sander Bel

Sander Bel is an experienced project and production manager with a strong background in food technology, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from HAS Green Academy. Currently serving as a Project Manager at P2, Sander focuses on developing solutions for complex challenges in the food sector. Previously, Sander worked at COROOS B.V. as a Production Manager, overseeing large teams and implementing projects, and as a Technologist, managing process and packaging development. Sander's experience includes roles at Koppert Biological Systems as a Production Manager in Microbiology, and at Mars in various positions from Junior Technologist to Value Stream Manager, where responsibilities included product quality and process development. Sander's career is marked by a commitment to efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across diverse settings within the food industry.
