Jing Yan

Jing Yan has extensive work experience in the technology industry. From 2009 to 2018, Jing worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at Huawei Technologies, where they led the quality department and supported over 50 product launches. They also conducted post-launch field quality performance analysis and maintained good customer satisfaction through customer audits. In 2018, Jing joined P2i as the Global Head of NPI and head of Quality Asia. In this role, they led the development of the quality management system and helped the company obtain ISO certification. They also implemented ongoing tracking of field quality and worked closely with customers.

Jing Yan attended Xi'an Jiaotong University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
