Paul Talbot

Paul Talbot is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various management roles within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at P2i since June 2016, Paul previously held positions such as Operations Director at Digital Barriers Services Limited and Programme Manager at both Digital Barriers plc and ThruVision System Ltd. With a background that includes roles as Operations Manager and Development Engineer, as well as expertise in mechanical design and NPI engineering, Paul has built a diverse skill set throughout a career that began at Bookham in 1997. Academic qualifications were acquired at Exeter College from 1995 to 1999.
