Ruslan Chiklinenkov

Ruslan Chiklinenkov is a strategic and results-driven Chief Security Officer with over 15 years of experience in building high-performing security teams and frameworks across diverse industries. Currently serving as the CSO at P2P.org since 2022, Ruslan has successfully implemented systems for incident and risk management, integrated security within key business processes, and led the company to achieve SOC2 certification. Previously, Ruslan worked as a security and risk management specialist for governmental security from 2007 to 2022, where efforts included enhancing threat detection and optimizing incident response protocols. Ruslan began their career as a Key Account Manager at Skylink from 2002 to 2005 and further excelled at PepsiCo as a Key Account Executive from 2005 to 2006. They hold a Specialist degree in Financial Management from Baltic State Academy, earned in 2006.
