There is increasing focus and pressure on business and society because of social, economic and environmental strains on our planet and the communities we live in.

With this comes the shift from philanthropic giving to CSR and sustainability, resulting in an increasing need for holistic strategies that deliver social, economic and environmental impact, as well as business impact. However, a good strategy alone does not deliver impact. We believe that Partnerships and People are key to delivering shared value and sustainable growth.

Today, resources are limited and stretched, which restricts what you can do. If done well, collaboration creates opportunities to collectively create positive impact.

From our experience, successful collaborations and partnerships are those are built on shared purpose, values and resources; where there is an understanding of who your stakeholders are, how to engage them, and how they can contribute. Everyone has a role to play, whether it is employees, customers, consumers, media or the government.

We work one on one with organisations to help develop and implement their CSR strategies, build effective partnerships and build internal capability and engagement to deliver long term value.

Under P3 Connect, is P3 Collective. A network that aims to help young people realise their own purpose by steering them towards the little extra help and support they need to get there. It strives to build a network of like-minded, purposeful individuals who are committed to helping one another so as to make a greater impact and a better, more sustainable future.
