Terry Young is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction and HVAC industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of P3 Services since January 2022, Terry leads a team focused on delivering high-quality projects and innovative building services. Additional roles include Industry Advisor positions at SkillCat and TechSee, contributing technical expertise for product development. Previous leadership positions include Senior Vice President and Regional Vice President at Comfort Systems USA, General Manager at Triple M Group and Daikin Applied, and Vice President Operations at Trane. Terry began a career in HVAC with engineering roles at MCNEAL ENGINEERING and Southern Air Mechanical Services. Terry holds a Diploma in Engineering from TAFE College New South Wales, Australia.
