Risab Biswas

Risab Biswas has a diverse work experience in the fields of AI research, data science, software innovation, and community organizing. Risab started their career as a Data Science Intern at P360 in February 2018 and progressed to become a Technical Lead - AI Research, responsible for leading a team in developing cutting-edge AI technology for healthcare and pharmaceutical challenges. Risab also conducted hobby research in Computer Vision to stay updated with industry advancements.

In addition to their work at P360, Risab was a Software Innovator and OneAPI Innovator at Intel Corporation, where they demonstrated expertise in AI, robotics, deep learning, computer vision, and game development. Risab was also a member of the Intel IoT Advisory Board, contributing their thoughts on AI and IoT innovation.

Risab's passion for community engagement led him to become a Community Organizer at Google Developers Group, organizing monthly technical meetup events and assisting others in learning and connecting. Currently, they are a Thought Leader in Artificial Intelligence at Global AI Hub, showcasing their expertise in the field. Overall, Risab Biswas has displayed a strong background in AI research, data science, software innovation, and community involvement.

Risab Biswas has a strong educational background in the field of technology and data science. Risab obtained their Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Data Science and Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, during the period of 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Siliguri Institute of Technology, from 2014 to 2018.

Before pursuing their undergraduate studies, Risab completed their Higher Secondary (Class 12th) education at Jalpaiguri Zilla School from 2012 to 2014. Risab'seducation journey started at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their Secondary Exam from 2002 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Risab has obtained certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Risab completed a certification in SQL using MySQL from Scaler in December 2022. In June 2020, they also obtained a certification in Introduction to Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit for Computer Vision Applications from Coursera.
