We're here to support entrepreneurs, investors, and executives in creating sustainable agribusiness in Africa. Our background in managing factories, working alongside smallholder farmers, and unlocking market opportunities makes us a great fit for businesses aiming to make a real difference. Understanding both the hurdles and possibilities in Africa is what we do best.

We don’t just consult; we’ve lived it, making our insights, advice and strategies profoundly effective. Our journey in Africa’s agribusiness landscape spans over fifteen years, where we’ve worn the hats of CEO, COO, and CFO, navigating complex markets and operational challenges. This experience allows us to offer unparalleled support in business strategy, operations, and organizational development under tough conditions. We excel in guiding businesses through growth, enhancing governance, and executing operational turnarounds, leveraging our deep understanding of Africa’s unique challenges and opportunities. Our approach is tailored, hands-on, and rooted in a commitment to a thriving African agribusiness landscape.

Our consulting services are tailored to the specific needs of African agribusiness, focusing on key areas to ensure growth, resilience, profitability and sustainability. Examples of engagements are on-site manufacturing audits, business plans, problem solving, training, market- and impact strategies. We also provide long-term support as a trusted advisor and through board positions.
