In December 2017, P5 took over management of the APL Pier-300 terminal in Los Angeles, rebranding it as Fenix Marine Services.  In four years time, the terminal was transformed, with almost every aspect of the site improved (facility layout, equipment, systems, management, power, financial reporting, safety, and culture), which resulted in an increase in the enterprise value from US$850Million to US$2.3Billion.
