Maribel Casas

Maribel Casas is a senior epidemiologist at P95, where they focus on respiratory syncytial virus incidence and other health studies. With over 15 years of experience in epidemiological research, Maribel holds a PhD in Medicine and Animal Health from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. They have previously worked as an Assistant Research Professor at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health, leading numerous national and EU-funded projects and publishing over 150 manuscripts in high-impact journals. Maribel’s research has spanned the epidemiology of hepatitis E in swine to the impacts of environmental pollution on child health.
