Ben Warner

Ben Warner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in defense and engineering consultancy. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group since November 2017, Warner previously held the position of Senior Systems Engineering Consultant at Jacobs, where responsibilities included managing the Technology Roadmap for the Royal Navy's Mine Countermeasures and Hydrographic Capability project. Prior to this, Warner was Head of Future Capabilities at the UK Ministry of Defence, leading projects and overseeing significant financial investments for military platforms. Additionally, experience includes roles in Afghanistan policy development and resilience planning at the Cabinet Office, where Warner contributed to the UK National Risk Assessment. Ben Warner holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
