Dan Spinney is an experienced organisational change and delivery consultant, specializing in the Defence & Security sector, both in the UK and internationally. With a solid background in mechanical engineering and naval architecture, Dan combines technical expertise with a visual approach to solve complex challenges and foster collaboration. They have successfully implemented strategic portfolio management and rigorous project controls for UK Defence initiatives. Dan also enjoys sailing, snowboarding, road cycling, and hiking, and resides in the Mendips AONB, where they are a parent to three children.
