James Mucklow

James Mucklow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital health and IT project management, currently serving as a member of PA Consulting's Management Group since May 1995. As PA's Digital Health lead, Mucklow has overseen complex projects across finance, health, and utilities sectors. Notable achievements include leading a significant cloud migration project for the National Institute for Health Research and transforming clinical trial recruitment for dementia through innovative systems. Previous roles include Programme Director for the Department of Health Informatics Directorate, managing procurement following a major contract termination, and various project management positions at NHS Connecting for Health. Mucklow holds an MBA from The Open University and a degree in Computational Science from the University of St Andrews.
