James Munson

James Munson is an experienced professional in organisational agility and technology transformation, currently serving as an Organisational Agility and Technology Transformation Partner at PA Consulting since June 2019. Additionally, James has held the position of interim CIO with recent divisional CIO experience at a prominent UK building society. Prior roles include Director of Digital Services and Information Technology at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency from March 2015 to May 2019, and Director of IT at UCAS from August 2013 to February 2015, among others. James’s extensive background in IT and digital transformation is complemented by an academic foundation in Physics from the University of Bristol and advanced management training from Cranfield School of Management, alongside a Chartered Accountant accreditation.
